Testing stands for HONEYWELL
Development of special static bench AV 015 for testing of safety equipment in vertical and horizontal direction.
Development of test methodology (sensory system and testing SW), mechanical and electric design. Calibration and certification of static bench.
Project was realized from initial phase of feasibility study where development of test methodology was included. Initial phase was followed by concept design and then by detail design of mechanical structure and electrical system, together with preparation of manufacturing documentation. Prove simulations and creation of testing SW were made in scope of the project. Project included final delivery and installation of testing bench and all maintenance activities.
